Accessibility Statement for AccLedger

This statement applies to the AccLedger website (accledger.com) and the AccLedger web application, including our Making Tax Digital for VAT and Income Tax features.

AccLedger is run by ITSAP PORT LTD. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, you should be able to:

  • change colours and switch between light and dark mode (Settings → Appearance)
  • change the display size of the application from 70% to 125% (Settings → Appearance)
  • zoom in up to 200% using your browser without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate the website and application using just a keyboard, including a “Skip to main content” link on every page with repeated navigation
  • navigate the website and application using a screen reader
  • use your browser or password manager to fill in sign-in and sign-up forms
  • use the application in portrait or landscape orientation

We have also tried to make the text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this service is

We believe AccLedger meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. Wide data tables, such as reports and transaction lists, may scroll horizontally on small screens because their two-dimensional layout is needed to understand the figures, which WCAG permits.

Feedback and contact information

If you need information in a different format, or you have difficulty using any part of AccLedger, email support@accledger.com. Signed-in users can also raise a ticket from the Support page in the application.

We'll consider your request and get back to you within 5 working days.

Reporting accessibility problems with this service

We're always looking to improve the accessibility of AccLedger. If you find any problems not listed on this page, or think we're not meeting accessibility requirements, contact us at support@accledger.com.

Technical information about this service's accessibility

ITSAP PORT LTD is committed to making AccLedger accessible.

Compliance status

AccLedger is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

Third-party services

Some steps take you to services run by other organisations, such as HMRC sign-in (Government Gateway), Stripe payment pages and bank connection pages provided by GoCardless. We do not control the accessibility of these pages.

What we're doing to improve accessibility

We review accessibility when we build or change features, and we fix reported problems as a priority.
