Welcome to LedgerEdge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LedgerEdge cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Usage

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LedgerEdge, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the transfer of this information for storage, processing, and use by LedgerEdge.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LedgerEdge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
