Integrations FAQ

How long does it take to set up an integration?
Shopify and bank-feed connections take under five minutes via OAuth or open banking. SAP onboarding is a 2–4 week project with our team. HMRC connections are part of the standard setup.
Are integrations included in the price?
Yes for Shopify, GoCardless, Stripe, and HMRC — these are part of every paid plan that supports them. The SAP integration is on its own £300/year tier because it includes the SAP-side configuration work.
What if my bank or system is not on the list?
Most major UK banks are covered through GoCardless. For other systems, we can usually accept CSV imports or build custom integrations on the partner / enterprise tier. Get in touch and we will scope it.
Can I disconnect an integration later?
Yes. Every integration can be disconnected from your settings. AccLedger keeps the data you have already imported but stops new sync.
