Partner programme

The accounting platform for UK accountancy firms

One login, every client. AccLedger's partner programme gives you a multi-client dashboard, aggregated deadlines, per-client billing and a dedicated account manager — built for the way real UK practices operate, from sole practitioners to multi-partner firms.

Custom partner pricing · Dedicated account manager · Per-client billing options

Multi-client dashboard

See every client at a glance with status alerts, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding actions. Drill into any company's books in one click.

Aggregated tax deadlines

A practice-wide calendar of every client's VAT quarters, MTD ITSA quarterly updates, payroll FPS dates, year-end cut-offs and CT600 due dates.

Per-client billing

Bill clients directly through AccLedger or roll plans into your firm's invoice. Custom pricing tailored to your client mix and volume.

Dedicated account manager

A named contact at AccLedger who knows your practice. Onboarding support, training sessions and a direct line for escalations.

Team & permissions

Invite partners, managers, seniors and juniors. Role-based access controls who can see and edit which clients. Group clients and assign managers.

Practice-wide reporting

See your practice's revenue, client count, MTD readiness, and submission throughput. Spot capacity issues before they hurt clients.

Built for the way practices actually run

You don't have one client; you have dozens or hundreds. You don't do one task; you do dozens at the same time. AccLedger's practice tooling acknowledges that — from how you switch between clients to how the deadline calendar surfaces what needs attention.

  • Switch between clients without logging out — single sign-on across the portfolio
  • Assign a manager per client; group clients into portfolios per partner
  • Status alerts (overdue VAT, missing payroll period, year-end cut-off looming)
  • Bulk invitations to onboard a batch of clients at once

Every HMRC submission, in one place

AccLedger covers MTD VAT, MTD ITSA quarterly updates, EOPS and final declaration, full self assessment SA100 with every supplementary, payroll RTI, CT600 with iXBRL accounts and computations, and ad-hoc VAT submissions. Your team learns one platform and uses it for every client.

  • MTD VAT (standard, cash, flat-rate, annual, margin schemes)
  • MTD ITSA quarterly updates, EOPS and final declaration
  • Self assessment SA100 with every supplementary form (SA102–SA109)
  • CT600 with iXBRL accounts and computations
  • Payroll RTI (FPS and EPS), P60s, P11Ds
  • Ad-hoc VAT submission for one-off clients

Workflow built around year-end and quarter-end

AccLedger surfaces what your team needs to act on this week, this month, this quarter — across every client. Period locking after sign-off prevents retrospective edits drifting your numbers. Submission history is forensic-grade.

  • Year-end checklist per client with progress tracking
  • Period locking after final accounts sign-off
  • Submission audit log with figures, timestamps and HMRC receipts
  • Manager review and approval before any submission goes to HMRC

White-label-friendly client onboarding

Invite clients into AccLedger with your firm's branding on the welcome flow. Clients see a single product they associate with you — not another tool you've added to their stack.

  • Branded client invitations
  • Clients can do bookkeeping themselves or hand it to your team
  • You control which workflows they see
  • Client billing through your firm or directly via AccLedger

Frequently asked questions

How is partner pricing structured?
Partner pricing is custom. We talk through your client mix (sole traders, limited companies, landlords, ad-hoc VAT clients), your volume, and how you prefer to bill (per-client to AccLedger or rolled into your firm's invoice). The result is usually meaningfully better than buying retail plans for each client.
Can I migrate clients from Xero, QuickBooks or other tools?
Yes. We have a partner onboarding flow that supports bulk migration of opening balances, customer/supplier records, and historical transactions from common UK accounting tools. Your account manager will scope the migration and provide hands-on support.
Who owns the client relationship and the data?
You do. The client data lives in their AccLedger account, but you have agent-level access. If a client leaves your practice, the data stays with them; if they stay with AccLedger but switch firms, you decide. Either way, AccLedger never markets directly to your clients.
How do submissions work — does AccLedger or my firm submit?
Either model is supported. Your team can submit on behalf of clients (with the client approving figures in-app), or clients submit themselves after your team has prepared the figures. The HMRC connection is per-client, so each submission is on the right credentials.
What about MTD ITSA — is the practice ready for the April 2026 wave?
Yes. AccLedger files MTD ITSA quarterly updates, end-of-period statements and final declarations through HMRC's recognised software endpoints. The practice dashboard surfaces every client's MTD status — in scope, ready, in progress, submitted — so you can plan capacity for each wave (£50k April 2026, £30k April 2027, £20k April 2028).
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes. Onboarding includes live training sessions for partners, managers and juniors. Recorded training and a knowledge base are also available. Your dedicated account manager arranges refreshers when new features ship.
Can we co-brand or white-label?
Client invitations and onboarding emails can carry your firm's branding. Full white-label of the AccLedger app itself is not currently offered, but the partner relationship means clients see AccLedger as your recommended platform.
How do we get started?
Get in touch via the contact form or speak to our partner team. We will walk through your practice profile, run a demo against a couple of your real client scenarios, and put together a partner pricing proposal.
